Hi, I’m Zachary
Our Therapy Sessions Will Be About You. I Share A Little Bit About Me Below To Help You Determine If We May Be A Good Fit.
Psychiatric Experience
With over 14 years of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based practices like EMDR, alongside Jungian and Existential therapy, to help clients uncover and heal from past wounds so they can live more fulfilling lives.
My Therapy Approach
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you lead the way, and I help guide you through the tough terrain. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. I incorporate EMDR therapy to process past traumas, improve decision-making, and reduce anxiety, which allows you to become more present and engaged in your life, relationships and your career.
Therapy is a place to uncover what’s been holding you back and discover new ways of being. While I don’t prescribe medication, I have extensive experience working alongside prescribers and am happy to collaborate if needed. You can learn more about my Approach To Therapy here.
Why I’m Passionate About This Work
I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to carry the weight of unresolved emotional pain. My diverse personal and professional experiences have given me a deep appreciation for how unique each individual’s journey is. Whether it’s healing from childhood trauma, navigating relationship difficulties, or overcoming professional stress, I’m here to help you find the peace and fulfillment you deserve.
